Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma buy 8-acre land in Alibaug for a whopping Rs. 20 crore
Former Indian cricket captain Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma have purchased a land in Alibaug. The couple has reportedly bought an 8-acre land parcel which is a farmhouse for around Rs. 20 crore. Reports suggest that the sale was registered on September 1 as per the documents obtained through Zapkey.
As per Money Control, both the stars, through their authorised signatory Vikas Kohli, have reportedly purchased 3350 sq. m of land at Zirad village in Alibaug. The duo paid Rs. 19.24 crore was paid for the property and the stamp duty of Rs. 1.15 crore was paid. The documents revealed that the seller is Samira Land Assets Private Limited.
On the work front, Anushka Sharma is currently in Leeds shooting for Jhulan Goswami biopic, Chakda Xpress.
