Irrfan Khan starrer Madaari to release in China
Madaari is the story of a man who lost his son due to the negligence of the government. He seeks revenge and kidnaps the ten-year-old son of the home minister, forcing the administration to meet his demands. This will be Irrfan Khan’s second film to hit the theatre. Nishikant Kamat's venture also stars Jimmy Shergill, who says Madaari highlights the weak nodes of our society. Talking to a daily, he said that he is really excited about its release in China. Chinese theatres are showing interest in Bollywood films and its good for our film. The release date of Madaari in China, however, is yet to be officially announced. However, according to reports, the film will be released in November itself. "My name was used for false stories to make it look like the board was being bothered for my tickets or security, etc when in reality I bought my own tickets for matches and flights and I still kept quiet," Anushka wrote, clarifying that she paid for her own ticket for the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 held in England.
A source close to the project says, “Salman Khan is very kicked about Dabangg 3 and wants to ensure it gets the right and the most unique publicity campaign so that it creates enough buzz amongst the audiences. Nowadays, the trailer of biggies usually arrives a month or 40 days before release. But for Dabangg 3, Salman Khan went the old school way and released the promo on October 23, almost two months before the film’s release, scheduled for December 20. And even here, he held simultaneous events in various cities and gave a treat to his fans. So next, he wants the film’s music to grow. Hence he decided to launch the audio of each and every song in the film. So every three days, starting from today, the Dabangg 3 team would drop a track. Hence, by mid-November, viewers will be able to listen to the complete album. This is a rarity in today’s times, when the jukebox is not out a week or even a few days before release. Interestingly, this strategy was also kind of used during Salman Khan’s 2015 Diwali release Prem Ratan Dhan Payo when the complete album was unveiled more than a month before its release.” The source continues, “All the audio songs are expected to be out by November 18. And then after November 20 or November 21, the videos of these songs will be launched. This and other activities like interviews, TV show appearances etc. will dominate the last one month of promotions of Dabangg 3.” The source before signing off says, “Salman Khan is always gung-ho about his film before release but this time, the excitement that he is exuding is something else. Besides being a part of film’s writing, he has also carefully handpicked each song. And now, even in marketing plans, he’s making his presence felt. Looking at Salman bhai’s confidence, expect a big dhamaka this Christmas week!”
Baaghi 3 would be the first Hindi film to be shot in Serbia. The point, we hear, is to shoot the kind of action scenes Tiger has never done before. For this purpose, the script needed rugged unexplored locations. Says Sajid, “We zeroed-in on Serbia for its freshness and virility, also because we are being provided with all support and co-operation by the country.” Apparently, it is a very big deal for the Serbian government to have such a big production house from Bollywood shooting in their country. All precautions have been taken to ensure Tiger’s security. Says Sajid, “He has a massive fan following in every country. Now after War he is a rage in every corner of the world.” The crew leaves on Wednesday for Serbia and hopes to complete major chunks of the shooting in record time. Says Sajid, “The best part of shooting abroad is there are no distractions. Like a good father accompanying his child to boarding school, I’m just going to settle the crew in Serbia and come back to Mumbai after four days.”

The new film is expected to go on floors in the UK in January and Arjun Mathur and Tannishtha Chatterjee have been signed as one of the two principal couples in the film. Arjun has been riding high the success of his web show Made In Heaven, directed by Zoya Akhtar and this will be the next feature film that he has signed since the series. A source close to the development informs, “The film is a dark comedy inside a house that involves two couples & a Pizza Delivery Boy. Arjun and Tannishtha have been roped in to play two of the central characters, the remaining two are yet to be locked. Being an actor himself, Anshuman has a distinct vision for the characters & understands the importance of solid actors to tell his story. And both Arjun and Tannishtha fit the parts to perfection. While both of them have a certain innocence about them, they could both pass as perfect examples of anti-casting as a pair for the said role." "Since the plot is novel, the makers want to keep the highlight points in wraps. He is also in talks with two other critically and commercially acclaimed actors for the remaining two leads. Anshuman is in the process of finalising the other couple & The Delivery boy to complete the primary casting of the film.” Confirming the news, Anshuman tells us, “This is a 5 character film & each part is integral to the story. And requires ACTORS. I am grateful to Tannishtha and Arjun, whose work I admire, and excited to collaborate with them on a script which excites us all in equal measure.' February 14th, 2020 also sees the release of Jha's next as a leading man Hum Bhi Akele post which he begins shoot for Pankaj Dubey's book adaptation of 'What A Loser'. 
Anees Bazmee was in Rajasthan last week for the recee. They plan to shoot at real locations in London and Rajasthan. But, for the Mumbai schedule, a set will be constructed. During their outdoor schedule which will be three months long starting from January 2020, they will shoot the two songs - 'Hare Ram Hare Ram' and 'Ami Je Tomar'. Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Murad Khetani and Krishan Kumar under the banner of T-Series and Cine1 Studios. Directed by Anees Bazmee, the film is written by Farhad Samji and Aakash Kaushik. Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 is scheduled to release on July 31st, 2020.
Director Sanjay Gupta while speaking to a media house said that he has not seen a person who is more enthusiastic about cars and bikes as John is. He said that John has an impressive fleet of cars and bikes. He bought him a pick-up truck after he noticed that it was missing from his collection. Talking about John's reaction after seeing the truck, he said that the actor was shocked when he saw it parked on the premise. In 2013, John Abraham has gifted a superbike to Sanjay Gupta forgiving him defining the film in Shootout at Wadala. Mumbai Saga marks the third collaboration with the actor after Zinda and Shootout at Wadala. The makers have completed shooting a major chunk of the film. The film also features Emraan Hashmi. Amitabh Bachchan, sporting a prosthetically created unusual look plays the rambunctious landlord here, and Ayushmann the tenant. Ayushmann Khurrana wrapped up the shoot of the film in just 22 days. This is the first time Ayushmann will be seen sharing the screen with Amitabh Bachchan in a film directed by Shoojit Sircar, who also directed his debut film Vicky Donor. If what we hear is true, then apparently, the release of Jawaani Jaaneman has been pushed to next year due to reasons unknown. Revealing details on the same a source close to the project said, “The director needs to shoot a promotional song for the film with Saif that also require him to don a particular look. However, Saif is currently shooting for his next web series Tandav and has a packed schedule. Because of this the movie has been pushed from Nov 29.” The source could not disclose further details and hence, we will have to wait to see what the makers decide. Saif Ali Khan and Tabu are reuniting on screen after Hum Saath Saath Hain with Jawaani Jaaneman.
Interestingly, the Tesla Model 3 is yet to launch in India and is expected to arrive only in December 2020. However, Batra managed to acquire the vehicle and register the same in the US itself. As for the variant, it is still unclear whether Batra has acquired the standard or the long ranger version of the Model 3. Besides the no carbon footprint speciality of the vehicle, the Model 3 is touted to be a rather swift vehicle doing 0-100 in 5 seconds with a top speed over 200 kmph.

Akshay Kumar has come forward to help with a sum of Rs 4 lakhs each for the 25 families who lost everything during Bihar floods. The cheque will be given to the respective families during Chath Puja. He further said that it couldn't get bigger than this to help those who lost everything and who can start all over again. It's been reported that Preity Zinta and Vir Das will soon an episode of Fresh Off the Boat which is written and produced by Rachna Fruchbom. The episode will revolve around an Indian family whose daughter attends school with Eddie. The girl’s parents, DC and Meena, will be essayed by Vir Das and Preity Zinta. They plan to film the episode on November 18 which won't serve as a backdoor pilot but a potential spin-off titled Magic Motor Inn on ABC Network. Indian American writer Rachna Fruchbom will be the executive producer of Magic Motor Inn with the original executive producers Jake Kasdan and Melvin Mar. The sitcom stars Randall Park, Constance Wu, Hudson Yang, Forrest Wheeler, Ian Chen, and Lucille Soong.
Says a source, “While Gangubai Kathiawadi is more of a dark emotional, action drama of the world of brothels, crime, dons and rich men who visit the world of brothels, Baiju Bawra is a pure musical and a dramatized version of the story of the uniquely talented singer Baiju Bawra. It’s to Bhansali’s credit that he is choosing to direct two projects in stark contrast to the other. And the filmmaker has offered the lead and title role of the young Baiju Bawra to Ranveer Singh. Who else can play the passionate, emotional, deeply vengeful and yet intensely romantic Baiju, than Ranveer? SLB and Ranveer have definitely met and the filmmaker has offered the young actor the role of Baiju Bawra. The movie won’t start before next year and by then Ranveer would have completed his other films.” The source adds, “Baiju Bawra is about a young and extremely talented dhrupad singer-composer by the same name, who challenged composer, musician and Hindustani classical vocalist Tansen, to a singing duel, to avenge the death of his musician father, at the court of Mughal Emperor Akbar. When Tansen's sentries tries to stop Baiju's father from singing, and he dies in the struggle, he makes the young Baiju promise to take revenge against Tansen. If Ranveer gives his nod to the movie, it will be again another challenging role for him as he will need some training and knowledge as a singer and musician. It will be interesting to see who plays his romantic interest – will it be Deepika Padukone or Priyanka Chopra? Priyanka holds an edge as she’s an internationally acclaimed singer in her own right.” There are various versions of why bawra was added to Baiju’s name. One theory goes that he was called bawra (crazy) because he was madly in love with a court dancer in Chanderi. Another story goes that when his adopted son Gopal left Baiju taking his family with him, Baiju became mad searching for his granddaughter. The third story explains that he was called bawra because of his deep love for classical music. Tansen was known as one of the Navratnas or Nine Jewels of Mughal Emperor Akbar’s court. Baiju won the competition against Tansen and impressed Akbar too. After his father’s death, Baiju met his teacher Swami Haridas, and trained in a gurukula. He later became one of the court musicians of Man Singh Tomar of Gwalior after he left the court of the Raja of Chanderi. Then he became of the musicians of Raja Mansingh Tomar’s court. Legends say that Baiju Bawra could melt stone, light oil lamps by singing Raag Deepak, create rain by singing the raags Megh, Megh Malhar, or Gaud Malhar and bloom flowers by singing raga Bahar. Says a trade source, “Last week, Ajay Devgn and Sanjay Leela Bhansali met at Anand Pandit’s Diwali party and chatted for hours. They caught up on a lot of stuff and that’s when SLB also invited him over to his office. Ajay dropped in a couple of days after that and they had meeting for more than a couple of hours. Bhansali offered him two scripts – a biopic and the other fictional, a love story, which is said to be Baiju Bawra. In Baiju Bawra the actor was offered the role of Tansen. Ajay liked his role in Gangubai as it’s an intense character – a mobster with a golden heart who teaches Gangubai the tricks of the trade and falls in love with her.” According to the source, “Ajay didn’t sign right then as he wants to do the signing and make the announcement at an auspicious date, which will be this week. This time, there is no play-acting about homosexuality. In the first part of Dostana, John Abraham and Abhishek Bachchan were only pretending to be gay. Says a source close to Karan Johar and Dharma Productions, “Times have changed. There is no longer a need to be apologetic about homosexuality. Dostana 2 will be a reflection of the changing times. We must say that Parineeti has been giving her best shot to step into Saina’s shoes. In the past, there were reports of how Pari was training well and hard to ace her game at badminton. Parineeti has also been taking some tips and dollops of inspiration from the ace badminton star. Though the two have been in touch and interacted regularly. An excited Parineeti says, "I want to become Saina. For that, I want to go to her house and see how she lives. We have met many times, but this time I want to go to her house, live like her and eat like her for a day. She has promised me that her mom will feed me the exact food that Saina eats. Over the years, the song has gained cult status featuring Raveena Tandon and Govinda's signature moves. The recreation of the song will be choreographed by Farah Khan. Director Mudassar Aziz is excited to have her on board because the choreographer-turned-filmmaker has seen his growth from an assistant director to a writer and finally, a filmmaker. Mudassar further said that their story is based in a certain milieu. To take the narrative forward, they required most songs. The makers collectively felt that they needed a fun song to communicate with the audience and that the characters could let loose in an alternate setting, where even the Patni and Woh could be together. This much-awaited romantic comedy is the remake of BR Chopra’s 1978 classic hit film which starred Sanjeev Kumar, Vidya Sinha and Ranjeeta. Produced by T-series and BR Films, Pati Patni Aur Woh is slated to release on December 6.
